    Time limit: 10.12.2006
    • ESCA methods study for nuclear materials valuation and technical performances to authorize this methods according to requirements ; methods of analysis and valuation notification by CNCAN initiation; ESCA components acquisition.
    • Trainings.
  • Stage  II: New methods of analysis for ESCA Laboratory; elaboration and verification.
    Time limit: 31.08.2007  
    • ESCA Laboratory performances extension at technical requirements for license of analytical  methods ; methods of analysis development;equipments acquisition.
    • Informations dissemination by participation to “European Materials Research Society” 2007
  • Stage  III: ESCA  Laboratory preparation to be licensed.
    Time limit: 31.10.2007
    • Laboratory routine activitys preparation.
    • Technical procedures for methods of analysis to be licensed, system and administrativ procedures elaboration
    • “Quality Handbook” elaboration – management system of quality according to ISO 17025/2005
    • Laboratory  management system of quality implementation
    • License documentation to RENAR laying down
    • Informations dissemination by participation to   12h European Conference on Aplications of Surface and Interface Analysis- Brussel Belgia 2007
  • Stage  IV:  ESCA Laboratory license, laboratory services offer establishment.
    Time limit: 31.01.2008
    • ESCA Laboratory license
    • Laboratory services offer establishment
    • Informations dissemination according to services offer;recommendation development to Societatea Nationala Nuclear Electrica- SNN ( Acceptation criterion of Services regarding to nuclear materials valuation by  Electron Spectroscopy )
    • Work shop organization
